II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s) The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and its partner boroughs (all west London based) see the development of its managers as key to success in improving services. We are seeking an experienced training provider to deliver a customised Leadership Academy for 'high potential' managers across the four organisations, resulting in a talent pool for the most senior roles. The programme will start in September/October 2009 and will be delivered over a 6-12 month period. We wish it to incorporate: Leadership Development Centre, Work shops and master classes on Effective Leadership, Political Leadership, Strategic Leadership and Community Leadership, Facilitated Action Learning Mentoring A placement or project. Evaluation of the effectiveness and impact of the programme. Management training services.
